G-Net Audio Conference is a mobile app dedicated to the end users of G-Net Conferencing services. It can help end users schedule meetings conveniently, sync meeting schedules between mobile phone and PC calendars, join meeting by one-click, monitor the attendee list in real-time, etc.

1. Join meeting by one-click
- No need to remember the access number or passcode ANY MORE!
- Click Join My Meeting and let G-Net Audio Conference help you dial the access number and enter passcode automatically.
2. Sync schedules to mobile calendar
- When scheduling a meeting via G-Net Audio Conference, the meeting schedule will be synced to the invitees mobile calenders if they have G-Net Audio Conference installed. The meeting notification email will be sent to their mailboxes as well.
- The meetings scheduled by Microsoft Outlook (plug-in for Outlook is needed) will also be synced to the mobile calendars of invitees who have G-Net Audio Conference installed.
- Two minutes prior to the meeting start time, users will be prompted by mobile alert and click a link to join meeting.
3. Easy to schedule meetings on mobile phone
- G-Net Audio Conference can help you sync the frequently attended contacts to your Meeting Circles. And you can invite them to join meeting easily via G-Net Audio Conference.
4.Use Group Call to contact friends
-Group call can help you to call many friends to join meeting at same time.
5. Real-time monitor meetings
- View the attendee list
- Easy to mute/unmute yourself or other attendees
- Dialing out others to join meeting
- Start/stop recording and receive an email with a download link for the recording file after meeting
6. Reconnect to meeting when disconnected
- When you monitor your meeting, G-Net Audio Conference will inform you to reconnect instantly once your call is disconnected unexpectedly.
